DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM) let’s a resort or hotel verify that they are indeed the senders of a piece of email.

With a physical letter, you might use your signature to let the sender know it is from you. With email, DKIM acts as a sort of signature to tell email systems that a message coming from the address “news@myresort.com” was indeed sent by “myresort.com” which can help it get past increasingly strict spam filters.

In some cases, setting up DKIM for emails sent from your guest database can increase open rates by as much as 800% for messages delivered to services like Gmail.
