Ryan Solutions, LLC (“Ryan Solutions”, “we”, “us”, “our”) knows that our customers (“you”) care about how your information is collected and used. This Online Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy” or “Policy”) is designed to inform you about our privacy policies and practices. The Policy applies to the personal information we collect. Ryan Solutions stores, transfers, and processes information for its customers in connection with our service offering (“Services”) and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose information is being collected by our customers. The information handled by Ryan Solutions is at the sole discretion of our customers.

An individual who seeks to review, correct, delete, or update personal information collected by our Services should direct their inquiry to the customer. Customer requests to perform any action on information will be responded to within 30 days.

U.S. – EU Safe Harbor

The United States Department of Commerce and the European Commission have agreed on a set of data protection principles (the “Safe Harbor Principles”) to enable U.S. companies to satisfy the EU law requirement that personal information transferred from the EU to the United States be adequately protected. Ryan Solutions complies with the US-EU Safe Harbor Framework as set forth by the US Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information from European Union member countries. Ryan Solutions has certified that it adheres to the Safe Harbor Privacy Principles of notice, choice, onward transfer, security, data integrity, access, and enforcement. Personal Information We Collect and How We Use It
Information Provided by Our Customers
We require customers who register to use our Services offered on our Site to provide information such as name, company name, address, phone number, email address, and billing information. Customers can view their profile to confirm their information and make any necessary edits to their information.

Ryan Solutions uses the information we collect to set up Services for individuals and their organizations. Information provided to us will be stored in an online profile we create for you, to enable us to better meet your needs and understand your preferences. We may also use the information to contact customers for the purpose of gathering information regarding the Service provided and to send information regarding our company such as newsletters, promotions, surveys, and events. Customer information will not be distributed or shared with any third-party. All financial and billing information collected is used solely to bill for Services and is not used for marketing or promotional purposes.

Customers will be using the Site and Services to host data and information (“Data”). Ryan Solutions will only use this information as described in this policy and will not sell or rent any Data provided by the customer. Individual records may, at times, be viewed or accessed only for the purpose of resolving a problem or as may be required by law. Information Sent to Us by Your Web Browser.
We collect information that is automatically sent to us by your web browser. This information typically includes your IP address; the name and version of your operating system; the name and version of your browser; the page you were visiting before you accessed our Site; and the date and time of your visit. How We Protect Your Information
Ryan Solutions has appropriate physical, technological, and organizational safeguards and security measures in place to attempt to protect against the loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure of your personal information under our control. However, it is important that you understand that no website or database is completely secure, or “hacker proof.”

Ryan Solutions provides unique usernames and passwords that must be entered each time a customer logs on. You can help us by protecting and keeping your username and password safe at all times. You can protect yourself and help us prevent computer crime by promptly notifying us if you suspect that your user name or password is lost, stolen or used without permission. Also, you can reduce many risks by using up to date antivirus software.

Personal information is contained behind secured networks, protected by firewall, and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, when our Site is accessed all sensitive information supplied is protected via SSL/TLS technology which provides both encryption and server authentication.
